OneCoach Terms of Use
Last updated: 19 March 2026

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the OneCoach website and mobile app (the “Service”) operated by OneCoach (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use OneCoach.

  • You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use OneCoach only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell any part of the Service.

  • Upload or share any content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, or violates any third‑party rights.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ accounts.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have breached these Terms.

3. No medical advice

OneCoach is a fitness and training tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Nothing in the app or website should be taken as medical advice. Always consult a doctor or qualified health professional before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have any medical conditions, injuries or concerns.

You use OneCoach at your own risk.

4. Subscriptions and payments

If you purchase a paid plan or subscription:

  • Prices and features are shown in the app or on our website and may change from time to time.

  • Billing and renewal are handled by the relevant app store (Apple App Store / Google Play) or our payment provider. Their terms may also apply.

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time via the app store or account settings. Access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

We do not provide refunds except where required by law or the relevant app store’s policies.

5. Content and intellectual property

  • All rights in the Service, including software, design, text, graphics, logos and trademarks, are owned by us or our licensors.

  • We grant you a personal, limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to use the Service for your own personal, non‑commercial use, in accordance with these Terms.

  • You must not use our name, logo or branding without our prior written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you input into the Service (for example, workouts, notes, profile info), but you grant us a licence to use it as needed to operate and improve the Service.

6. User content

If you submit or share any content (for example, profile information, comments, or shared workouts), you confirm that:

  • You have the right to share that content.

  • Your content does not infringe any third‑party rights or law.

We may remove or disable any content that we believe breaches these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

7. Availability and changes to the Service

We aim to keep OneCoach available and running smoothly, but we do not guarantee continuous, error‑free or uninterrupted access.

We may:

  • Change or remove features.

  • Update or modify the app or website.

  • Suspend or stop the Service (temporarily or permanently).

Where reasonable, we will try to give you notice of significant changes.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for:

  • Any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

  • Any loss or inaccuracy of data.

  • Any injury or health issue arising from following training plans or advice in the app.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (for example, for fraud or death/personal injury caused by our negligence).

9. Third‑party services and links

The Service may integrate with or contain links to third‑party websites, apps or services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

Your use of third‑party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and can request account deletion by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the Service.

On termination, your right to use the Service will stop immediately. Certain sections of these Terms will continue to apply (for example, intellectual property, limitation of liability).

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date.

If changes are material, we may also notify you via the app or email. By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (unless local law in your country requires otherwise).

Disputes will be subject to the exclusive or non‑exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, depending on your location and applicable consumer protection laws.
